Resolved: Brief Service Disruption
We experienced a brief disruption affecting the Coniq platform, APIs, Marketing Communications, and Scanners today between 12:20 and 12:32 CET.
The issue was triggered by a system overload following a scheduled afternoon release. Our engineering team immediately mitigated the issue, and all systems are now fully recovered and operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
